Each box contains approximately:
300g Organic Carrots
300g Organic Potatoes
300g Organic Onions
1 head of Organic Broccoli or Cauliflower
300g Organic Pumpkin or Sweet Potato
1 head Organic Garlic
1 bunch of Organic Greens (kale, silverbeet or chard)
200g Organic Tomatoes
1 Organic Zucchini
1 Organic Cucumber
300g Organic Bananas
300g Organic Apples
1 Lemon or Lime
+ some seasonal fruit & veg that is likely to change each week dependent upon availability (eg. peaches, radishes, rocket, mango, grapes, corn, eggplant, brussel sprouts etc)

Due to the nature of organic growing, exact quantities of produce in each box vary dependent upon seasonality, natural factors and availability.

Orders placed by Tuesday 6pm will be available for delivery or pick up on Friday.
