Each box contains approximately:
* 1.5kg Organic Carrots
* 1.5kg Organic Potatoes
* 1kg Organic Onions
* 1 Head of Organic Broccoli or Cauliflower
* 1kg Organic Pumpkin
* 1kg Organic Sweet Potato
* 1kg Organic Cabbage
* 1 head Organic Garlic
* 400g Organic Salad Mix or Cos Lettuce
* 2 bunches of Organic Greens (kale, silverbeet or chard)
* 450g Organic Tomatoes
* 800g (~3/4) Organic Zucchinis
* 2 Organic Avocados
* 2-3 Organic Cucumbers
* 300g Organic Beetroots
* 1.5kg Organic Bananas
* 1.5g Organic Apples
* 1kg Organic Oranges
* 1 Lemon or Lime
+ some seasonal fruit & veg that is likely to change each week dependent upon availability (eg. peaches, radishes, rocket, mango, watermelon etc)

Due to the nature of organic growing, exact quantities of produce in each box vary dependent upon seasonality, natural factors and availability.

Orders placed by Sunday 6pm available for delivery or pick up the following Thursday.
