Ingredients

Each box contains approximately:
500g Organic Carrots
500g Organic Potatoes
400g Organic Onions
1 head of Organic Broccoli or Cauliflower
400g Organic Pumpkin
1 head Organic Garlic
100g Organic Salad Mix or lettuce
1 bunch of Organic Greens (kale, silverbeet or chard)
300g Organic Tomatoes
1 - 2 Organic Zucchinis
1 Organic Avocado
1 - 2 Organic Cucumbers
300g Organic Beetroots
500g Organic Bananas
500g Organic Apples
400g Organic Oranges
1 Lemon or Lime
+ some seasonal fruit & veg that is likely to change each week dependent upon availability (eg. peaches, radishes, rocket, mango, watermelon etc)
